Our standard production timeline is 7 to 14 business days from the date an order is approved and payment is received. Timelines may vary during busy seasons or based on order size and product availability.

Rush Service Options 
• 5 Business Day Rush: 25% surcharge on the gross total
• 3-Business-Day Rush: 50% surcharge on the gross total
• 2-Business-Day Rush: 50%+ surcharge on the gross total

Rush turnaround times are subject to material availability and production capacity. All rush requests must be approved in writing by our production team before payment.

Please note that rush fees are non-refundable once production begins, and all delivery dates are best estimates, not guarantees, as they may be affected by supply chain delays, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to decline rush service requests that may compromise production quality or safety.
